I have more Trickle Tackle Customs in my boat now than stock colors. I have used these baits for years now and have had some epic days! It's wild how some of his colors out fish anything else in the boat. My favorite bait in the spring is the #9 Shadow Rap. The colors I use always end up catching fish. I also pull a lot of his plugs and they hold up after some intense abuse.

As Cole's neighbor at the lake, I am lucky to have easy access to get my Trickle Tackle. I use it every weekend behind my boat and catch fish consistently because of his baits. When I first started using them I would run stock colors and Trickle Customs and shortly learned to leave my stock colors on shore! They not only catch more fish, the paint makes the bait look better longer. The way he finishes them the fish can't chew them up. After 100 walleyes the bait still looks new. My favorite colors for walleyes are Golden Nugget, and Disco Tiger. For panfish Laced Lemonade is my go to. My son Brantley, who is 9, sells worms at the lake and takes some of his profits to buy Trickle Customs as well. He likes to try the new colors and was able to help name one last year. "Brantley's Beast" is the name. and it sure caught some really nice fish throughout the year.

Trickle Tackle has some of the finest color schemes I have ever seen and used. There are some that I literally won't show up to a tournament without. There doesn't seem to be anything Cole can't paint. I have had him literally compose things from just giving him colors I want on a bait that brings to life and many are my go to's today. But probably the best thing about his baits is the durability. They are literally indestructible. The paint will look the same for years to come even after being chewed on by several fish!

Trickle Tackle has the most impressive hand painted custom lures that I have seen or used. The attention to detail is incredible. No paint flaking off after a few fish whack it. It's a great experience catching fish on these baits knowing that someone painted it hoping I can catch fish with it!
